Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Photonics-Phototronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Metasys product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Photonics-Phototronics such as the OT301SL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PHF2036 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NUNCM201701 by Manufacturer Metasys as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Johnson-Controls Brand NUNCM3000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asco such as NPL8316E36E equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MX1600 made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular POSM102201 original spares produced by Seiki
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ND312T36W by Cutler-Hammer and NPL8316E36E spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC612CB1200C968 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
