Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aplex AHM-675-24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Armstrong products, including obsoleted and phased-out Atlas-Copco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Aucom product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Armstrong such as the 751216381 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QMR907R manufactured by Atlas-Copco and we are pleased to be able to service most Atlas-Copco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EMX30200B7C1H by Manufacturer Aucom as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Autoflex Brand 10332 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Arndt--Vob such as 883065000 equipment made by Arndt--Vob have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 131U2120 made by Armstrong as well as the popular 4000SE224 original spares produced by Athena-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 487066581 by Asg and 883065000 spares by Arndt--Vob are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
