Aplha Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Aplha TP50 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Aplha TP50 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TP50 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our TP50 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Man-Diesel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eaton product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Man-Diesel such as the 31571675 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 03P9111K manufactured by Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 172966 by Manufacturer Eaton as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Grove Brand VHHM012064056C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Allen-bradley such as 501587 equipment made by Allen-bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-bradley" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the W6303166YXC7N20 by Nsk and 501587 spares by Allen-bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 90040303 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley.
