Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the B & R Automation 4PP420.0571-K49 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the 6252002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6KAVI43003N1B1 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8536SF0 by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8000RDI332A0 by Spectrum and 8030RIM101XB spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
