Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rice-Lake parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Supermicro product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the R534390 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RL1250N55 manufactured by Rice-Lake and we are pleased to be able to service most Rice-Lake systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P4SPE by Manufacturer Supermicro as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Modicon Brand PC0984785 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Jds such as RX30301041FA2 equipment made by Jds have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jds products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jds" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PS510510072 made by Electro-Cam as well as the popular P5427A original spares produced by Ishida
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
