Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CN130JF manufactured by Omega and we are pleased to be able to service most Omega systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Moore Brand 0MMRS485U1830DC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Koyo such as Z8TD1 equipment made by Koyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Koyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Koyo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FLSR30ID made by Littelfuse as well as the popular HP50A6 original spares produced by Eagle-Signal
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 76037 by Itw-Ransburg and Z8TD1 spares by Koyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
