Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eaton DS6-34DSX041N0-N parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Computer-Conversion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Idec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Wittur product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Computer-Conversion such as the HMR9064TCR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FC2AC24A1 manufactured by Idec and we are pleased to be able to service most Idec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GMBHFSV4I015A by Manufacturer Wittur as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mitsubishi Brand FRA54037KNA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as E5AXLA02 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GMMSDINT1L2 made by Banner as well as the popular EMPII3005 original spares produced by Triconex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G26004A3118P110 by Mannesman-Rexroth-Siemens and E5AXLA02 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HE700GEN200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Horner-Electric.
