El-o-matic Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair El-o-matic EL-200 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the El-o-matic EL-200 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the EL-200 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our EL-200 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Erg-Power products, including obsoleted and phased-out Endress-Hauser parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Enpac product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Erg-Power such as the N10787 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CLM253ID1110 manufactured by Endress-Hauser and we are pleased to be able to service most Endress-Hauser systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5469YE by Manufacturer Enpac as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Elwood Brand 120082003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Endress-Hauser such as FTM50 equipment made by Endress-Hauser have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Endress-Hauser products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Endress-Hauser" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0078N25N00N090 by Emerson and FTM50 spares by Endress-Hauser are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
