Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser 83S50-AAAZAAADBBAC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gigatronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fairbanks parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gem product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gigatronics such as the 80324A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LCFR30809 manufactured by Fairbanks and we are pleased to be able to service most Fairbanks systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1200BGA1002A3UA003 by Manufacturer Gem as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Gems Brand 162211 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fiber such as Sensor equipment made by Fiber have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fiber products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fiber" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 129684 made by Gems as well as the popular C2G1244B original spares produced by Enterasys

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IP10FS1B01FM2L1T by Foxboro and Sensor spares by Fiber are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4900 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Geokon.
