Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Instron 2511-202 / A31-18 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Intelligent-Motion-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ion-Industrial product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Intelligent-Motion-Systems such as the IM804DD2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IQ250MA65110 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 918001KDT007 by Manufacturer Ion-Industrial as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Intermatic Brand IG4803DEH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ipc such as 6006 equipment made by Ipc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ipc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ipc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6400003 made by Ion-Tech as well as the popular IBLCS075 original spares produced by Ipts

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CN3 by Intermec and 6006 spares by Ipc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3000603100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Invensys.
