Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Measurements products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kobold parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lem product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Measurements such as the EP08500BH120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KAL7215 manufactured by Kobold and we are pleased to be able to service most Kobold systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TypeLC1000SSP9 by Manufacturer Lem as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Leuze Brand BRK7364180 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Matsushita such as ANL1400A equipment made by Matsushita have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Matsushita products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Matsushita" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RBBD1000250 made by Lucas as well as the popular HSA7502000 original spares produced by Macro-Sensors
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DDLS17020022110 by Leuze and ANL1400A spares by Matsushita are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LMAA20NP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kyowa.
