Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kontron such as the 153784001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 100204 manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Koso Brand MC1510C11512VDC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kyowa such as PAV500KU equipment made by Kyowa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kyowa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kyowa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RAO8XE made by Kongsberg as well as the popular 100960 original spares produced by Leeson
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AST150A by Lauer and PAV500KU spares by Kyowa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1627 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson.
