Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Koyo D3-PWU parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kuka products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kuka parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kulicke--Soffa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kuka such as the E93DA552I4B531 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 00108699 manufactured by Kuka and we are pleased to be able to service most Kuka systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 780 by Manufacturer Kulicke--Soffa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Visolux Brand KSULLIR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kuka such as KPCED05 equipment made by Kuka have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kuka products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kuka" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KFCOT made by Kubota as well as the popular KTR10A65 original spares produced by Trans-Coil

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RRAKP50B07030DXS07 by Sanyo and KPCED05 spares by Kuka are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KFC88 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kubota.
