Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Liquid Controls Group IT400-DC-TRL-X parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Marathon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lust parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Magnetic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Marathon such as the C358 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VF1204SG19FA manufactured by Lust and we are pleased to be able to service most Lust systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TLG10 by Manufacturer Magnetic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Magnetrol Brand B151E2CABF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Marposs such as 81696DA1EI equipment made by Marposs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marposs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marposs" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DCU1101 made by Lundahl as well as the popular NS24730BA original spares produced by Lucent

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CDB34003 by Lust and 81696DA1EI spares by Marposs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3461477 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lsi.
