Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Matsuura products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mcd-Motion-Control-Devices parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Melltronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Matsuura such as the EN40057A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MD25SBO1005LDFAS10S manufactured by Mcd-Motion-Control-Devices and we are pleased to be able to service most Mcd-Motion-Control-Devices systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2324101 by Manufacturer Melltronics as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Matsushita Brand ANR12151 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mega-Phase such as 85133F30 equipment made by Mega-Phase have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B401B60LAM by Magnetrol and 85133F30 spares by Mega-Phase are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
