Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Grove-Gear such as the B12062 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C832 manufactured by A.-O.-Smith and we are pleased to be able to service most A.-O.-Smith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C00XM0219 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Schneider Brand BMH1401P16A2A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Okuma such as BL50E20T equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BLM4046HE00134D made by Cmc as well as the popular B14H1060PSY original spares produced by Reliance
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BSM80B275AA by Baldor and BL50E20T spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B206B21 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen.
