Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Modicon PC-F984-785/PCF984785 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Delta-Computer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Smc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the R900908786MNR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RMC150ES manufactured by Delta-Computer and we are pleased to be able to service most Delta-Computer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS5V2E4K53 by Manufacturer Smc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Square-D Brand RC12V120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Siemens such as V512A equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PV510TV4 made by Nematron-Corp as well as the popular PJA36040U43A original spares produced by Square-D

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RX2195 by Okuma and V512A spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RBX1S240A15C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Benshaw.
