Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ndc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Murr-Elektronik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Motortronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ndc such as the c112 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 906012 manufactured by Murr-Elektronik and we are pleased to be able to service most Murr-Elektronik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XLD by Manufacturer Motortronics as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nematron Brand ML104QT1013S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Namco such as EE23032820 equipment made by Namco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Namco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Namco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PC7342 made by National-Instruments as well as the popular MT40DXHSSN64N1024T original spares produced by Motion
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ML121QN1623 by Nematron and EE23032820 spares by Namco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
