Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nikki-Denso product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nb such as the SSPF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 32180TC2 manufactured by Nord and we are pleased to be able to service most Nord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NVRHD2801A by Manufacturer Nikki-Denso as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nor-cal Brand NC95PP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nb such as 16209 equipment made by Nb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 152650A06L made by National-Instruments as well as the popular MSJUK original spares produced by Nook
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IWS120 by Nematron and 16209 spares by Nb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TRK30UU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nippon-Bearing.
