Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nissei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Control-Techniques product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nissei such as the EEKK8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ECP4100T4 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DXM280C by Manufacturer Control-Techniques as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mectrol-Corporation Brand E05551 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micos such as DT80 equipment made by Micos have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micos products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micos" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FSM610 made by Gl as well as the popular E186A original spares produced by Browning
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EM4308T by Baldor and DT80 spares by Micos are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
