Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the REIA1600 manufactured by Michael-Riedel and we are pleased to be able to service most Michael-Riedel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HB482CN56CVEM3546 by Manufacturer Baldor as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Quaid-Technologies Brand IX100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pyrotronics such as 6052054 equipment made by Pyrotronics have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3000X by Quad and 6052054 spares by Pyrotronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
