Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Watlow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yamatake parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 West product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Watlow such as the SD6LHFJAAARG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C10S0DTA0100SDC10 manufactured by Yamatake and we are pleased to be able to service most Yamatake systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N2300 by Manufacturer West as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Shawmut Brand A6K125R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schleicher such as 35211771 equipment made by Schleicher have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schleicher products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schleicher" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 25862340001 made by Siemens as well as the popular FDNLS1600T original spares produced by Turck
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HMIKBA001 by Total-Control and 35211771 spares by Schleicher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EM4AOU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
