Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck Bi20R-W30-DAP6X-B6130 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ifm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Valenite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Walchem product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ifm such as the SY0100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 715M308B01 manufactured by Valenite and we are pleased to be able to service most Valenite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1909861008 by Manufacturer Walchem as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Viatran Brand 3505ATSHB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Veeder-Root such as 651220035 equipment made by Veeder-Root have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 00705A1733 by Zellweger and 651220035 spares by Veeder-Root are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
