Vortex Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Vortex VMC-100 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Vortex VMC-100 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the VMC-100 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our VMC-100 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Watlow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Warner product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Watlow such as the 96B0CDAA00RG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VS1SP5301B manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7019394 by Manufacturer Warner as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Wago Brand 750625 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Walther-Flender such as M56A2 equipment made by Walther-Flender have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Walther-Flender products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Walther-Flender" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 340C26081000 made by Watlow as well as the popular CIP1R2401060 original spares produced by Vossloh-schwabe
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 57820402 by Water-King and M56A2 spares by Walther-Flender are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
