Our services for the Wesinghouse Life-Line include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Life-Line if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Life-Line repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Widia products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yamaha product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Widia such as the VHM7D200Z04S350XD7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A200M3CACD manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KD4 by Manufacturer Yamaha as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Westinghouse Brand W210MLCFC7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wurtek such as 11930 equipment made by Wurtek have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PEWWE2518284TCF2 by Worldwide and 11930 spares by Wurtek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
