Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Arista ADM-1508AP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Uniop products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yokogawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Uniop such as the ePAD04 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CompactLogix manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DX1002142 by Manufacturer Yokogawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Liebherr Brand BBT02R51 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Priva such as ComsetHXPM equipment made by Priva have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CJ1WFLN22 by Omron and ComsetHXPM spares by Priva are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DialogTouch2000CS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Herrmann.
