Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner LEDUV395LA290XD6-XQ parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johnson-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MDD071CN030N2M095PB1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NUNCM3001 manufactured by Johnson-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Johnson-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MRS12100BE01 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
