Centroid Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Centroid All-in-one and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Centroid All-in-one include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the All-in-one if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our All-in-one repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cito-Products products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cm-Lodestar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ckd product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cito-Products such as the WHU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 367021 manufactured by Cm-Lodestar and we are pleased to be able to service most Cm-Lodestar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCC5018DT2YDUDFL76488 by Manufacturer Ckd as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Cognex Brand 82500601R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Charmilles such as ML121LLCHARS equipment made by Charmilles have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSDGL1220F2V3D by Ckd and ML121LLCHARS spares by Charmilles are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
