Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Det-tronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Endress-Hauser parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cosmos product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Det-tronics such as the 003895002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CLD132PCS151HA1 manufactured by Endress-Hauser and we are pleased to be able to service most Endress-Hauser systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KD3A by Manufacturer Cosmos as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Endevco Brand 8530B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Datalogic such as DS6500200010 equipment made by Datalogic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Datalogic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Datalogic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FFSB14E10KS2 made by Honeywell as well as the popular SS715B original spares produced by Dolan-jenner
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DST101 by Dynisco and DS6500200010 spares by Datalogic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
