Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bailey product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the LM64P101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6AV21240XC020AX0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SX900648B2 by Manufacturer Bailey as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Panasonic Brand AIGT3300B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Br such as 5P5000V1163 equipment made by Br have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Br products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Br" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NT600SST211BV1 made by Omron as well as the popular 66C2055G01 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711K9C by Allen-Bradley and 5P5000V1163 spares by Br are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VW3A1101 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider.
