Control Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Control SCADAPACK and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Control SCADAPACK include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SCADAPACK if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SCADAPACK repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cremer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cooper-Power parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cremer such as the 2020701 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the STM12 manufactured by Cooper-Power and we are pleased to be able to service most Cooper-Power systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LSB360600 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Cutler-Hammer Brand 6161AS5296 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Control-Systems-Micristar such as 828D1020120112000 equipment made by Control-Systems-Micristar have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1372D35G03 by Cutler-Hammer and 828D1020120112000 spares by Control-Systems-Micristar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
