Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Controlotron 482CNH-SS3.21 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Copley-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Coreco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cosel product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Copley-Controls such as the ADP09009DC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OC64A002040 manufactured by Coreco and we are pleased to be able to service most Coreco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PMC302 by Manufacturer Cosel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Copley-Controls Brand 8001603 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Csr such as A2271 equipment made by Csr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Csr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Csr" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 215A made by Copley-Controls as well as the popular BLI11S9560191 original spares produced by Cooper

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LBW4201 by Cool-Air-Inc. and A2271 spares by Csr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9942MN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Controlotron.
