Ct Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Ct UD90 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Ct UD90 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the UD90 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our UD90 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Danaher products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danaher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Danaher such as the HA5250360053129 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NEMA23 manufactured by Danaher and we are pleased to be able to service most Danaher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ECN2431CPG by Manufacturer Cutler-hammer as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Danaher Brand WH50 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cybelec such as LCD840056 equipment made by Cybelec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cybelec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cybelec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MK1291727 made by Daifuku as well as the popular A3A0149 original spares produced by Cwt
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DTMT by Daito and LCD840056 spares by Cybelec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VGA160 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cybelec-Weinbrenner.
