Deltron Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Deltron 451-X-Boxed and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Deltron 451-X-Boxed include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 451-X-Boxed if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 451-X-Boxed repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8243077 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
