Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Denex LCS-PRO I 51M1000 LCS PRO 1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Digital products, including obsoleted and phased-out Digital-Rapids parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Denso product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Digital such as the 501715501E1P1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DRC7001000 manufactured by Digital-Rapids and we are pleased to be able to service most Digital-Rapids systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RP232 by Manufacturer Denso as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Deutschmann Brand TN6536001L485EN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dec such as M7608 equipment made by Dec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dec" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M8028 by Digital and M7608 spares by Dec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
