Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eaton XNT-CTRL-00/01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Elco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Edmund parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Egd product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Elco such as the 2KMC301 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E8016 manufactured by Edmund and we are pleased to be able to service most Edmund systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PA88C by Manufacturer Egd as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Eg--G Brand MT533011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Edmund such as E8032 equipment made by Edmund have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Edmund products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Edmund" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PD341 made by Egs-Amicon as well as the popular PFALML original spares produced by Elco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the U20000920 by Edwards and E8032 spares by Edmund are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EHB24030 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D.
