Eetools Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Eetools Unimax and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Eetools Unimax include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Unimax if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Unimax repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fireye products, including obsoleted and phased-out Entran-Devices parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Euchner product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fireye such as the 95DSS21 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EGA12525D manufactured by Entran-Devices and we are pleased to be able to service most Entran-Devices systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HKD100S100A05 by Manufacturer Euchner as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Efd-Nordson Brand 7020109 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Emerson such as 8451400 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6022061 made by Fireye as well as the popular B65939A0000X022 original spares produced by Epcos
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A34W120A by Flowserve and 8451400 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CTL5000T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Flex-core.
