Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honigmann such as the RFS150200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0073290002 manufactured by Hk and we are pleased to be able to service most Hk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 500201 by Manufacturer Gn as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Keyence Brand LKG3001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Harosyn- such as 11BRW300M10 equipment made by Harosyn- have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harosyn- products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harosyn-" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4106 made by Honeywell as well as the popular GVH1000 original spares produced by Keyence
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TD3046T by Hawk and 11BRW300M10 spares by Harosyn- are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LJV7001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
