K-tek Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair K-tek K10C and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the K-tek K10C include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the K10C if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our K10C repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Msa such as the AULTXSENS3710 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS4424B2 manufactured by Sti and we are pleased to be able to service most Sti systems and parts. Spare units by Omron such as E6C3AN5B equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ZFR1020 by Omron and E6C3AN5B spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
