Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ac-Tech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mfm-Technology product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Motion such as the IFT9701R6N3U85250VAC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MHB4400BNG1358 manufactured by Ac-Tech and we are pleased to be able to service most Ac-Tech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NM42E2504759 by Manufacturer Mfm-Technology as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Microguard Brand DR12OF04 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micromotion such as DRT1RS0E equipment made by Micromotion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromotion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromotion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VT006016SRM0606 made by Thomson as well as the popular MIC101IUHVM30 original spares produced by Microsonic
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D201136 by Metso-Automation and DRT1RS0E spares by Micromotion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
