Monitronix Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Monitronix GLCD and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Monitronix GLCD include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the GLCD if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nematron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proface parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Proface product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron such as the KBD1022 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GP2600TC4124V288004502 manufactured by Proface and we are pleased to be able to service most Proface systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GP2401H by Manufacturer Proface as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Uniop Brand MD01R020045 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as IC752WTA050 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available JZRCR made by Yaskawa as well as the popular MAC50MTA250 original spares produced by Beijer
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC754VSI12CTDGH by Ge and IC752WTA050 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
