We service and repair R-tec LSU and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the R-tec LSU include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the LSU if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our LSU repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Samson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sael parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Safetronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Samson such as the 6497 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SCGQML230 manufactured by Sael and we are pleased to be able to service most Sael systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CA1832 by Manufacturer Safetronics as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Himmelstein Brand 64022244084 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Saftronics such as PC740P21 equipment made by Saftronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Saftronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Saftronics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TM20000122 made by Sandvik as well as the popular 15014912 original spares produced by Ryco
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ITN0980AS015 by Sc and PC740P21 spares by Saftronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8417PLUG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Russell.
