Radcom Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Radcom Prism Lite and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Radcom Prism Lite include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Prism Lite if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Prism Lite repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sensor-Tronix products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ramsey parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rosemount product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sensor-Tronix such as the 650235K010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the USP125AS675 manufactured by Ramsey and we are pleased to be able to service most Ramsey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 389VP1254 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Rsf-Elektronik Brand 010039691 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rosemount such as 400VP12 equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 141061354 made by Rosemount as well as the popular ZSD5 original spares produced by Schmersal
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 95150012 by Sensopart and 400VP12 spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9LH81292 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Samsomatic.
