Reliance Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Reliance FLEXPAK PLUS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Reliance FLEXPAK PLUS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the FLEXPAK PLUS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our FLEXPAK PLUS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Advantech such as the FPM3151GR3AE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HG2ASS22CF manufactured by Idec and we are pleased to be able to service most Idec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HISRL15CGDF1 by Manufacturer Hope as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
