Tea Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Tea NPN and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Tea NPN include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the NPN if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Taiyo such as the PQCCU01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LL49086 manufactured by Ta-Hsing and we are pleased to be able to service most Ta-Hsing systems and parts. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
