Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thomason MCS-2051 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tolomatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tirak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Thomson product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tolomatic such as the B3S15BN05SK12LMITS2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 33779 manufactured by Tirak and we are pleased to be able to service most Tirak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SPPBM50 by Manufacturer Thomson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Tolomatic Brand 34150616 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Thomson such as SSUPBO24 equipment made by Thomson have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available SS1242 made by Toledo-Transducers as well as the popular 7833379 original spares produced by Thomson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC40LX214B100150MN17 by Thompson and SSUPBO24 spares by Thomson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
