Thorlabs Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Thorlabs PR01 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Thorlabs PR01 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PR01 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PR01 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Timken products, including obsoleted and phased-out Timotion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dodge product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Timken such as the 6738890019 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TA25B11522011130AA1 manufactured by Timotion and we are pleased to be able to service most Timotion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6N90761YF by Manufacturer Dodge as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Dover Brand TI18C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Timemark such as 2742 equipment made by Timemark have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Timemark products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Timemark" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TPS4000 made by Topward-Electric as well as the popular T4612D original spares produced by Tokoyo-Seimitsu
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 27500049GSWA by Tolomatic and 2742 spares by Timemark are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6300ADG2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thyssen-Krupp.
